SALON DAE CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to Salon Dae, it is reserved especially for you, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. We will be requesting a credit card to be remained on file and a cancellation fee will apply for the following: - Less than 24hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Salon Dae policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.  PERMISSION TO USE PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO WAIVER

I grant Salon Dae, its representatives and employees the right to photograph me and my property in connection with the above identified subject. I authorize Salon Dae, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same for print and/or electronically. 

I agree that Salon Dae may use such photographs of me with or without my name for any lawful purpose including but not limited to print, media, research, promotion, publicity, illustration, advertising, marketing, video, websites, social media.

I have read and understand the above. 

As a model of Salon Dae, I give consent for the stylist to chemically process, chemically color, cut and style my hair for the purposes that may include but not limited to trade shows, hair shows, marketing efforts and or educational and instructional classes
